Puerto Calero Marina In Lanzarote, Canary Islands, Spain

Puerto Calero marina is a privately operated marina in the Canary Islands with a deservedly excellent reputation. The harbour is spotlessly clean and very well run. The marina, golf course and luxury villas are purpose built and were designed by Luis Ibañez. Puerto Calero marina was opened in 1989 and extended to its present capacity, 420 berths, ten years later. Since then the Lanzarote marina has proved very popular with resident and visiting yachts and crews. Normally around 150 berths are reserved for visitors but because of its popularity it is best to book in advance, though, reportedly, visiting yachts are never turned away when the marina, in theory, is full. Yacht charter is available from the marina with the Canaries a popular chartering destination. Berth fees are available from the marina office.
